Those who have measured their power can manipulate the weights of the questions, which affects all users' power values. A weight is applied to each answer to calculate the final value and they can, in extreme cases, change the value for a single question with as much as 45%.
The graph shows the importance of each question, according to the users. The higher the value, the higher the importance the question.
